With Ryan’s start in mortgage financing for the first 4 years of his real estate career then transitioning to a full-time commitment as a real estate agent in 2008, his depth of knowledge in real estate financing and contract negotiations makes him the perfect well-rounded advisor. After opening his own real estate brokerage in 2010, Ryan later combined forces and experience with the Elizabeth Do Team as Director of Sales at the end of 2016. Joy previously has been employed in the financial insurance industry for 19 years and financial brokerage industry for 4 years prior. She is a customer service, compliance, standard procedure and guidelines oriented individual. Joy has strong beliefs that growth, opportunity and positive mindset are keys to being a member of a successful team. On her free time she enjoys traveling locally and internationally, dining at new restaurants, as well as spending time with her fur baby Olive.

Rhiana has over 15 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator. As a Transaction Coordinator or T.C., she assist each of the agents in handling all of the administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract signing to closing. Being licensed in Real Estate and as a Notary Public, she is well rounded and knowledgeable in our industry. It also allows us to offer added services to our clients, whereas others would need to seek out such services elsewhere. The most important part of her job is to be clear, concise and have frequent communication every step of the way in a home purchase or sale. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and communicating regularly with the Client is essential in reassuring them during the transaction. In addition, she is a mom to two wonderful kids and also a mom to two great cats. When I am not working, I enjoy travel, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with my family.
Dave is the “feet on the street” for our team. When selling or buying a property, there are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes such as posting open house signs, installing lock boxes, obtaining estimates and meeting with contractors and appraisers. His extensive experience in field work and customer service while working as a manager and installer for Time Warner makes Dave a great liaison between our clients and our partners. Dave enjoys playing basketball and volunteering with local children charities.

Cali grew up in the beauty industry alongside her family. She is a graduate of University of Hawaii in Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing. She applied her degree in owning & operating several salons in Orange County, San Fernando Valley and the island of Oahu. At the young age of 23, Cali believes that excellent customer service & continued education is essential to all service industries including real estate. . She joined the Elizabeth Do Team in 2022 where she sharpened her skills in detail orientation, portfolio goal setting & contracts due diligence. Cali has exceeded all performance goals and surpasses her clients’ expectations in each transactions.
Russell is a local So Cal realtor, born & raised in San Gabriel Valley. He is an alumnus of Cal Poly Pomona. Russell delivers the best service to his community with numerous outstanding Yelp reviews. Prior experience in hospitality industry with Marriott hotels, including sales, facilitating corporate events & dealing with all levels of customer service. A Taiwanese born in the Bay Area and raised in Shanghai; Christine grew up with an international background and is fluent both English and Mandarin . She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Seattle University majoring in Strategic Communications that guided her to a career in Public Relations and Marketing prior to real estate. She quickly realized the 9-5 lifestyle wasn’t meant for her and went into luxury retail as she studied to get her real estate license. She found a passion in real estate successfully finding homes for her clients by providing excellent customer service, guidance, and great communication. Outside of work Christine’s hobbies include fitness and nutrition, beauty, quality time with her dog, binge watching TV shows, and uninterrupted naps on the couch.

Cassandra first discovered her passion for real estate in her hometown of Las Vegas. After moving back to California, she established a thriving salon, where she worked as a hairstylist for 25 years. During this time, she built a loyal clientele who frequently sought her referrals for contractors, handymen, plumbers, and notaries. Following the pandemic, Cassandra gradually returned to the real estate industry, beginning with remodeling her family home. She joined The Elizabeth Do Team on the administrative side, where she quickly mastered contracts and became a Transaction Coordinator for Enclave Property Management. Her meticulous attention to detail in reading contracts led her to wonder why she had not pursued a real estate license earlier.
